BA Pensions service update
Our telephone service is currently available between 9am and 1pm, Monday to Friday.

Please be aware that we are currently experiencing high levels of enquiries from members, which is impacting our response times. As a result, processing general enquiries will take longer than our usual ten working day turnaround.
Our response times for providing new quotations are between four to six weeks. Remember, you should request a retirement quotation two to three months before your intended retirement date to ensure you have enough time to receive your quotation and make informed decisions.
As always, we are committed to providing accurate and timely quotations, and your satisfaction remains our top priority.
