Following our announcement that NAPS retirement factors will change on 1 October 2023, we’re experiencing higher volumes of retirement quotation requests for dates after 1 October. Consequently, our response times for new quotation requests may be longer than ten working days.

We are working to process all retirement quotations and payments in date order.

If you need to report the death of a loved one, we also have a ‘Death notification form’ available to download and complete on the ‘Forms’ page of mybapension.com

April 2023 NAPS pension increase is confirmed as 5%

The annual rise in CPI to September 2022 was above 5%. Therefore, the maximum increase of 5% will be applied to eligible NAPS pensions from April 2023.
